Description
Kairuru is a working hill country sheep and cattle farm of 4000 acres. Situated on the Takaka Hill on state Highway 60, at the top of the South Island. Privately owned and farmed by third generation farmers David and Wendy Henderson. Guests accommodation is offered in two modern fully equipped two bedroom cottages, exclusively yours. (Kea Cottage and Pipit Cottage). Both cottages have wonderful sea views over looking the Abel Tasman National Park, and are very private and comfortable. We offer: A chance to experience life on a New Zealand sheep farm. Peace and quiet and an opportunity to relax in the country. A comfortable stay for one night or as long as you like.
