High Season - $250.00 per night for the first 4 people. $25.00 per additional person per night.
Mid season (Feb/March and school holidays) $150.00 for the first 4 people, and $25 per additional per person per night.
Off Season - (no school holidays; Mar-Nov) $120.00 for the first 4 people. $25.00 per additional person per night.
Cleaning surcharge of $80 applies for stays less than 5 nights.

Description

This holiday home is situated in the desirable Tata Beach village, Golden Bay, approximately 12 kms from Takaka and only 5 minutes drive from Pohara. Located directly across the road from one of the safest, golden sand beaches in Golden Bay, the property is perfect for a couple wanting an intimate holiday using the upstairs bedroom/living areas only, or extended families and friends wanting a beach side holiday in a relaxed, ambient setting. With 6 bedrooms the home easily sleeps 16. All that is required of visitors is to pack their own linen and toys for a fabulous holiday. There is an open plan living/dining area and a kitchen fully equipped with everything necessary for catering for large numbers. The dining table easily seats 12. No matter the weather, there are decks on both sides of the house to enjoy an evening cocktail sheltered from any coastal breezes or late afternoon sun. We also offer a tv, cd player, stereo and video player. Sky can be connected for the period of your holiday at your cost.
