Description

Our very spacious, private holiday home is situated so close to Tata Beach that you can be in the water within a minute of leaving the house. Upstairs the lounge has a balcony where you can enjoy views of the bay and check out the weather for fishing. Off this lounge the main bedroom has its own balcony, walk-in wardrobe and ensuite. Downstairs is the second lounge, two bedrooms, shower and toilet. Off the practical kitchen/dining area is a BBQ deck, which looks out to a bush reserve. BBQ and gas provided. If you are looking for a home that is spacious, clean, comfortable and where you can relax, this will suit ideally. It is very well sited being almost on the beach and close to the boat ramp yet being slightly removed offering quietness and privacy. Television includes a basic Sky package, but extras can be arranged.
