Description
Four bedroom holiday home built 2001. 100 metres from golden sanded Tata Beach - access through reserve. House in new subdivision and backs on to reserve. Modern and tastefully furnished with comfortable beds, duvets and pillows. The kitchen is convenient and well equipped with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, electric stove, microwave, large electric frypan, coffee plunger, water filter, crockery & cutlery for 10 people, etc. "Media de-tox zone" (No TV, Stereo or phone!) - but has a well-stocked bookshelf. Freestanding log fire for winter warmth with wood supplied. Separate toilet. Shower, automatic washing machine. A second toilet and basin are located at the rear of the garage.
The house has been built with families in mind. Convenient scallop and fish cleaning bench at the rear of house. Enjoy the sun on the large extended deck with round outdoor dining table or take your coffee the very short stroll to the beach and enjoy the views of the bay. No tents.
