Description

Modern 3 bedroomed home a few miutes walk from Tata Beach. It is approximately 15 minutes drive to Takaka and 5 minutes to Pohara, restaurants/bars, tennis courts, bowling green and golf course. The house is fully furnished with spacious lounge, two bathrooms with showers and separate laundry with automatic washing machine. The kitchen is well equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee plunger and electric hob and oven. Other features include a gas BBQ, 2 sunny decks, outdoor dining. TV/ VCR/ DVD (There is no TV reception unless you bring your own SKY decoder box but you can watch DVD's and videos.) There is a boat launching ramp at Tata Beach or Tarakohe.
Tata Beach is a golden sandy bay close to Takaka. Good fishing, safe swimming, water skiing, scuba diving, snorkelling, wind surfing, kayaking. Near Wainui Falls, Pupu Springs, Farewell Spit, West Coast Beaches and the Abel Tasman National Park. Golden bay has many great cafes, restaurants and craft outlets.
