Description
Torrent Bay. Nestled in the heart of the Abel Tasman National Park. New, well appointed beach house with ensuite, 2 mins walk to beach. No electricity, gas hot water, gas stove, gas fridge/freezer, gas BBQ, Solar 12 volt lighting, no TV or washing machine, no shop. Pay phone at jetty. Log fire, wood supplied. Touch base with nature and enjoy the special attributes this unspoiled place has to offer, walk in the park, soak up the sun on the golden beach, and listen to the bird song. Let your children "just be children," collecting shells, playing in the water and exploring. No road access, bring your boat in or come by water taxi from Kaiteriteri or Marahau, or walk in approx 31/2 hours. Tents not permitted on the property.
