Renovated character cottage set on 16 acre family farm. Panoramic views to mountains and sea. 15 minutes to beaches. Upper Moutere is an historic village surrounded by vineyards and in the heart of a vibrant art and crafts area. The farm is approx 2kms from the village. Manuka Ridge Farm Cottage is fully self contained standing alone in its own separate garden with its own carport. The cottage has a queen size bed, separate bathroom, TV,DVD CD/radio, stove, microwave, fridge. BBQ Sea kayaks available. Our farm is high on a ridge with clear mountain air, peaceful and tranquil. We have ponies, sheep, and hens with free range eggs always available. Centrally situated for a pleasant drive to Nelson City, Abel Tasman National Park, the beaches at Rabbit Island, Kaiteriteri and Marahau.
