Large modern sunny home with great view of mountains and situated amongst quality homes. Has great outdoor living, fully furnished, with nice garden area. main bedroom opens onto a sunny terrace and house gets all day sun. Is very warm and fantastic indoor outdoor living. Has many short walks including two lakes (within 2 min walking) and incrediable views of mountains, and Alexandra and Clyde including the Dam. Has wonderful living areas including a upstairs floor above lounge with double sofa bed and two chairs. (Has spare 'beer' fridge in laundry).
