NIGHTLY RATE IS $195 , FOR UP TO *= FOUR PEOPLE ($30 for each additional adult & $20 for children)

RATE INCLUDES : ALL LINEN SUPPLIED AND HOUSE IS FULLY SERVICED -NO ONE WANTS TO CLEAN A WHOLE HOUSE WHILE ON HOLIDAY!!

PEAK XMAS RATE IS $225.00 FROM 26TH DEC TILL 10TH JAN-UP TO FOUR PEOPLE($30 for each additional adult & $20 for children)

OFF PEAK RATE IS $155 FROM 1 MAY TILL 14 JUNE- UP TO FOUR PEOPLE($30 for each additional adult & $20 for children)

FOUR NIGHT MINIMUM STAY***

To confirm a booking we require a 50% deposit , which is fully refundable up until one month prior to stay and then if cancellation is made within a month of stay we will return deposit if we are able to rebook cancelled time.
If a stay is booked and then reduced in length within a month of stay we will require 50% of the nightly rate to cover night(s) not required. To recover costs on the unbookable time.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION !!!!- CHILD FRIENDLY HOUSE
Arrow River House is located on the reserve above the Arrow river in historic Arrowtown. The location is ideal in every way, as you look out across the reserve to the mountains above . Easy access onto the reserve for bike riding , walking , games , kite flying etc !
The breathtakingly scenic Arrow river walking track is just below the reserve, where you have the choice of a short stroll of about 5-10 minutes into Arrowtown's main street , with all it's shops cafes and fantastic range of restaurants or a walk around the very popular loop track. WE HAVE -Stroller, highchair & portocot.

Private Setting , lovely garden over , looking reserve.

The house is equipped with lots of extras if you are traveling with little ones , there is a mountain buggy (4wd version of a stroller) at the house for your use, a high chair and a portocot with all linen supplied- so no need to bring all the endless equipment associated with little ones , its all right here!
