Description
Our large fully furnished and recently renovated farm cottage offers an unforgettable holiday. Snuggled in a true farmyard setting, our 750 hectare sheep/beef/deer farm is situated on beautiful rolling hills with views from the ocean to the Alps. On the farm there are comfortable and interesting walking tracks which are also suitable for mountain biking. There is also a large native forest with well marked walking tracks adjoining to the farm. The cottage is very comfortable, warm and cosy with a new log burner .Children are well catered for with numerous books , videos and toys and the section is large and safe . Parkwood Cottage is just 10 minutes from Lake Opuha, great waterskiing, fishing etc. Only 20 minutes to the access road to Mt Dobson Ski field and 10 minutes to Fairlie. There is wheelchair access to the cottage.

“We have stayed 8 times over the past 4 years. It’s the perfect place for a family as there is so much for the children to do safely, and Mum can just sit and sit.
Every time we visit something has been refurbished but the basics of a real farm holiday are always the same.”
