Private outdoor area, off-street parking. Queens Park, golf course, Southland Museum, Art Gallery, Visitor Centre and Splash Palace pool are a short walk away. Close to the sports stadium and velodrome. Ten minutes walk will bring you into the city centre. The townhouse is opposite the historic Water Tower. It is extremely quiet.
For the price of a motel room you can have 4 times the space at least + a sunny courtyard and all the conveniences of home.
