Description
This modern family home has an absolute lakefront location. Sunny, north facing with uninterrupted views of the lake and surrounding mountains. This spacious warm fully furnished home , has four bedrooms, including master bedroom with ensuite,and large bi-folds, opening onto a large paved, all weather area. Open plan kitchen with dining and living areas. Outside entertaining includes outdoor tables/umbrellas, and two gas barbeques. This in turn flows onto a large grassed area overlooking the lake, with plenty of off street parking, front and back for boats, and trailers.
This property combines the best in outdoor, indoor, living. Double glazing, large heat pump, and wood burner, ensure winter and summer comfort.
Sporting Gear - kayaks, trampoline, and bikes all available, all year round.
FREE to use kayaks and bikes, please use helmets and lifejackets provided. Use at your own risk, we do not take responsibility for any accidents while using our equipment. Kayaks to be used on the lake only.
This property is handy to all community facilities incl. Store,Tennis Courts, Boating Ramp, and Golf Course.

Totally brilliant! Bellvue comfortably accommodated our party of 5 adults and 7 children. Our two eldest girls used the caravan which was dry warm and comfortable even with the -2 and 3 temp at night. The house is amazingly well equipt we struggled to find anything it didn’t have. It was the perfect base to enjoy the delights of the lakes and the mountains with its own very special situation on the lakefont. We will be back thank you so much.
