Four bedrooms, modern family home has an absolute lakefront location. Sunny, north facing,master bedroom with ensuite and large bi-folds. Open plan kitchen with dining and living areas. Plenty of off street parking for boats and trailers.
The local store has a cafe/restaurant. Nearby a 9 hole golf course 1 km away. Bike trail along side the Hawea river can take you as far as the Albert Town bridge.Clutha River Walk, Mount Roy, Rob Roy Glacier, and gateway to Aspiring National Park.

Totally brilliant! Bellvue comfortably accommodated our party of 5 adults and 7 children. Our two eldest girls used the caravan which was dry warm and comfortable even with the -2 and 3 temp at night. The house is amazingly well equipt we struggled to find anything it didn’t have. It was the perfect base to enjoy the delights of the lakes and the mountains with its own very special situation on the lakefont. We will be back thank you so much.

You are able to use ALL items that are provided, bikes, kayaks, safetly gear etc. It’s an amazing stay for all your family and friends. Ross is a gr8 fella, very accommodating and gets back to you immediately when you have a quiery. FANTASTIC, AWESOME AND A VERY RELAXING STAY, just wish we could of stayed there longer.”
