New 3 bedroom ensuited house on the doorstep of Fiordland National park opened October 2010 and purpose built for holiday lets. Located within a 2 minute walk to the Doubtful Sound departure point, shops and Lake Manapouri. A wooden deck runs the length of the cottage to ensure a good outdoor living area overlooking Fiordland National Park. Walking tracks around the foreshore of Lake Manapouri within easy reach. The local hotel/restaurant which overlooks Lake Manapouri is an easy 5 minutes walk away. The cottage sits on its own 850m2 section with plenty of space around and has a garage to store you vehicle while away walking or visiting Doubtful Sound. The house is a modern contemporary design and is well appointed with quality furnishing and fittings.
