16 Motu-Au Close cottage is a luxury purpose built holiday cottage constructed October 2010 with all modern amenties and designed for guests to enjoy indoor/outdoor flow while taking in views of the Hunter Mountains in Fiordland National Park. Situated a 2 minute walk away from Doubtful Sound departure point, Motu-Au Close cottage is an ideal place to base yourself while visiting Fiordland National Park. Lake Manapouri, the local shops, walking tracks and the local hotel/restauarant are all within a very short walking distance. Motu-Au Close cottage is located on its own 740m2 section in Manapouri township and is quiet and peaceful.
