Summers Family Cottage - Fiordland Holiday HOUSES.COM - is a tidy, well maintained self contained home moments walk from the Doubtful Sound departure point. An open plan living, kitchen dining with all family friendly conveniences. All rooms are well lit with opening windows, large doorways and fantastic views. Two private gardens enhance the stunning Fiordland Mountain views. The bunkroom and living room have large windows and doors leading out into the front private garden. The queen room, living, dining and kitchen areas look out into the back garden which maintains privacy with a colourful hedge and views the Fiordland Mountains. Summers Cottage has a most effective log fire (with winter fuel supplied) and additional electrical heating if required. Fully curtained, fully appointed. Summers Cottage is a comfortable home with games, Freeview TV, DVD, CD, books and toys. Fully fenced and beautifully landscaped. Manapouri is a lovely wee town on the shores of Lake Manapouri and the Waiau River. this is the most beautiful town on the Southern Scenic Route. Only 20km to Te Anau township - 2.5 hours to Milford Sound. Only two hours scenic drive from Queenstown airport. Come and enjoy the real hospitality of Southern New Zealand.

Comments:	Summers Cottage has an en suite bathroom off the Queen Room. This contains a shower, handbasin, toilet and heated towel rail. The water is heated from an electrical water cylinder. The second bathroom is located between the dining area and bunkroom with closing doors between. There is a separate toilet and hand basin. The shower is heated with a gas calefant.Fresh, ironed towels, hand towels, bathmats and basic bathroom necessities supplied. All bathrooms are clean and well lit with opening windows.
