Description

Situated in Lake Ohau Village. This warm sunny house has magnificent views over and up the lake culminating with Mount Sefton. Waters edge just 150 metres away. An enclosed sunroom runs the length of the house giving an outdoor feeling while being indoors. Enjoy ever changing lakeviews from lounge, sunroom and two bedrooms. Heating is provided by log burner and night store heater. 'Instant hot water courtesy of gas. Skifield carpark is only 20 minutes away. Immediate access to boating, water skiing, fishing, mountainbiking, windsurfing, tramping, day walks and kayaking. Mountain bikes and kayaks available for your use. Five minutes to Lake Ohau lodge, if you fancy drinks and or a meal out.

Free broadband access and telephone (local calls). Free tollcalls for repeat users of bach. Sky TV basic is provided (Can be updated to Sport or Movies for $17 and $20 respectively). Internal access garage allows you to change wet clothes undercover in garage or adjacent sunroom deck area. A Nautilus Exercyle enables exercise on a 'down' or bad weather day. You can also enjoy a large library of New Zealand/Overseas mountaineering/tramping/hunting and outdoor books. (The latter available from end of July).
