Description
Brand new fully equipped 4 bedroom natural alpine log cabin situated above Lake's Ohau and Middelton and an easy 5 minute walk to both Lakes. This traditional log house is nestled in a quiet sheltered valley and enjoys views of lake, mountain, and forrest from every window. Lake Ohau village is an outdoor lovers paradise with Ohau ski field just 20 minutes away, mountainbiking, alpine tramping, and climbing at your fingertips. The fishing is fabulous in the summer months and the lakes also offer a great playground for watersports. 20 minutes from lake Ruataniwha rowing complex. During summer there is a double sit on top kayak and two older style mountain bikes for our guests to use. The house is ideal for two families as there are two large Queen sized bedrooms and two additional rooms for the kids to sleep. The downstairs bedroom room can easily be converted to extra living space during the day. There are plenty of board games, a soccer table and an old pool table that can be set up in the garage. If you have a well behaved pet please ask, the area is pet paradise!

There are two very large Queen bedrooms and a room with two single beds upstairs. Downstairs there are 2 futon style sofas that can be folded down to make beds. We also have 3 foldaway beds available suitable for small children.
