Main room has a king bed (which can be split into 2 singles if requested) with full afternoon sun.2nd room has a Queen and single bed with early morning sun: 3rd room has 2 single beds or(superking if requested more than 2 nights). All room have electric blankets, heaters, wardrobes,and plenty of spare blankets,pillows. Rollaway in wardrobe if required.

It was ideally situated as the reception was at The Homestead just up the hill and some nights we had 6 or 7 staying. The house was perfect for our needs, clean & spacious with outdoor seating at both front & back so there was always a sunny area. Excellent laundry facilities & a separate toilet made things easy for a group like ours, and there was plenty of room around the large dining table & in the lounge in the evenings. Diane was great to deal with, coping happily with our numerous emails and changes of booking, and we have no hesitation in recommending this house.”
