Tariff

$85 per night for stays of 2 nights or more.
$95 per night 20 December to 31 January and all public holiday weekends - 7 night minimum stay preferred over 20 December to 31 January period.
50% deposit payable at time of booking. Payment in full prior to stay.
In recognition of reasonable rates tenants are expected to leave house clean and tidy (including removing rubbish) for new tenants.

Otematata is real New Zealand. Friendly locals, great local pubs and beautiful scenery.
Our family bach is the perfect property for a relaxing family holiday or a break away with friends. Situated on a quiet street with a sunny northwest facing backyard that opens onto a reserve. There is also a large paved BBQ area with BBQ. In addition to this area we have converted the garage into a gamesroom for our teenage children, their friends and our friends.

Lake Aviemore, a nine hole golf course, a shop, cafe, tennis courts, childs play ground, 2 restaurants and 3 hotels are all within walking distance of our bach. Close Ski fields, wineries in Kurow and Omarama and walking tracks close by make this the perfect spot for a break away from everything.
