We are situated on the prestigious Queenstown Hill, overlooking the adventure capital of New Zealand. This luxury three level home, is 5-10 minute walk from the town centre, lifting you to new heights to enjoy superlative views of Lake Wakatipu and surrounding mountains.
Watch the activity in Queenstown Bay, such as the world renowned Earnslaw paddle steamer, paragliding, parabungy, gondals, jet boating, air-plane acrobatics, and many more all from your lounge window and balcony.
Outside there is a private backyard and barbaque area where you can sit back and relax. Off street parking and a double internal access garage is a real bonus.
Alfresco House is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac neighbouring the Queenstown hill reserve and walking track.
