Description

Holiday in Queenstown and enjoy staying in a piece of history! A renovated historic home, Stonehill Cottage is modernised but retaining all the character of a traditional “kiwi bach/crib” (holiday cottage).

Location: a two minute downhill stroll to downtown Queenstown, with stunning views of Lake Wakatipu and surrounding mountains.

Garden/lawns: tonnes of lawn for recreation; a gas barbeque and outdoor table complete the picture. Stonehill Cottage’s gardens are expansive for somewhere so central. Relax and enjoy the view on the front verandah.

Interior: plenty of flexibility. The master bedroom’s king size bed can be split into two singles; add to that a queen size bed, two single beds, and an detached sleepout providing a further two single beds.

You’ll be warm with an open stone fireplace, heatpump in the dining/kitchen area, and electric heaters .

Parking: a carport provides off-street parking.
