Description

Located in a secluded alpine setting between the Remarkables and Coronet Peak mountains of Queenstown, New Zealand, North Ridge is a contemporary mountain home within a few minutes’ drive of several world class ski slopes and golf courses, and the stylish restaurants and boutiques of Queenstown and Arrowtown.

Environmentally designed by award-winning architect Michael Wyatt, and made from natural materials, North Ridge is a luxurious new home that was completed in March 2009.

Located on its own hilltop with 240 acres of rolling parkland, North Ridge has kilometres of walking trails and 360 degree views. This is truly an elegant, contemporary and very private property.

The house is an open and spacious property with a relaxed ambience, sleeping up to 10 guests in total comfort. There are four double master bedrooms (each with an ensuite, and magnificent views), a gourmet kitchen, large living and dining areas, indoor-outdoor living, quality audio and home theatre systems, a spa pool and an array of facilities designed with the sports person/skier in mind.
