Description

A superbly comfortable home that sleeps 10-12, in Queenstown's top location with panoramic views. The property is a three-bedroom holiday home with a connecting three-bedroom apartment if required and is a ten-minute walk to the town centre.

The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living room and a large deck with barbeque. Crockery and glassware is supplied as well as a wide range of kitchen supplies. In the living room leather couches and chairs, with a gas fire and electric heating creates a relaxing atmosphere. We have 42 inch Sky TV, DVD, Stereo and broadband wireless network connection. The games room includes a second television, two couches, a divan and pool table. There is excellent drying there for ski clothing.

The modern bathroom has a bath and separate shower, underfloor heating and heated towel rails. There is an endless supply of hot water. New shampoo and soap is supplied. We have automatic washing machine and dryer. Parking for three cars is under cover by the front door. The three-bedroom adjoining apartment with bathroom, separate toilet, all with underfloor heating can be rented in with the house, it is not rented separately.
