Description
Located on the shores of Lake Wakatipu with unobstructed views of the Frankton Arm to the Remarkables. This new unit is situated 1km by road to the top of the Mall or a leisurely 20 minute walk along the lake front and through the Queenstown Gardens to town. Situated at the town end of the Frankton Track, Queenstown's most popular walking track, the unit has a private courtyard and is adjacent to a reserve with direct lake access. On the main bus route with ski and mountain transport available 200 mtrs away. Our unit is fully equipped, warm with double glazing, feather duvet's. electric blankets, washing machine, dryer, heat pump, Sky TV, DVD Player, BBQ, off street parking and peace and quiet. We also supply childrens toys, books, pushchair, portacot and high chair. Also some warm sox etc for children. Come and enjoy.
