Description

Our modern home is situated in Kelvin Heights and enjoys all day sun and 180 degree views of Lake Wakatipu and mountains from all living areas. It is directly above the lake so is within easy distance of lakeside track. Kelvin Heights Golf course is just minutes away as is the boat ramp.The house has up to date furniture/decor and lends itself well to visiting couples with bedrooms/bathrooms both upstairs and down. A double garage with internal access gives plenty of parking space. A balcony extends across the whole front of the house which enables great indoor/outdoor relaxation. This is an ideal home to stay in at any time of the year.
