Description

Fabulous lakefront position in Queenstown's best street with a flat five minute walk to the town centre through the beautiful Queenstown Botanical Gardens.

Very peaceful and quiet, yet so close to everything, including the Frankton Walkway which is at the end of our road, that you barely need a car.
Unobstructed views up the lake, across to Kelvin Heights golf course and up to The Remarkables.

Exterior and interior have just been totally repainted. Interior is tastefully furnished and decorated with a large living room leading through double doors onto a very sunny, sheltered and private patio overlooking an established garden.

All usual mod cons, including a new extra-large 90cm stainless steel stove, dishwasher, new washing machine, dryer, microwave, espresso pot, electric blankets, electric heaters, woodburner, firewood, an outdoor bbq and the possible use of a jetboat/kayak[s].
