Less than 4 minutes to a popular surfing destination (Trees) or 5 minutes in the other direction you can go fishing or diving. Close by is the Pavilion Cafe and around the corner the Colac Bay Tavern. Open plan living with an extra kitchen on the sunny enclosed deck for relaxing or entertaining.
