Description

Perched on the hillside in Sunshine Bay, Queenstown in a quiet cul de sac, this superior holiday home allows outstanding 180 degree views across Lake Wakatipu to Walter Peak and back to the Remarkables Mountain Range. Only a natural reserve separates you from the glistening lake below. Designed by reknown local architect Michael Wyatt it is a prominent land mark from the lake.
Located only a few minutes drive from downtown Queenstown, where you can easily fill any spare time with all the adventure activities, restaurants & bars.

Large floor to ceiling double glazed windows allows you picture perfect scenes from every room in this fully appointed home.

No comfort or modern convenience has been spared to ensure you have a relaxing holiday in New Zealands most popular resort.

Formal and informal dining areas, separate a large living area that opens out on to an expansive outdoor wrap around deck. Upstairs is a second living area crammed full of books for those lazy, by the fire snowy days, which opens to another terrace to take full advantage of the morning sun.
