Tariff

Off peak $165/night, but can negotiate for longer rentals.
Winter ski season and School Holidays $170 to $230/night
Mid peak $170-180/night
longer periods than 1 week can be negotiated
Week rentals are preferred for school holidays and winter main ski season, normally sunday to sunday is preferred but there can be flexible.
Linen is extra at $25/person one off charge.

Description

The house is a 2 storey, 14 year old, architecturally designed, with lake and mountain views and outdoor living area with private native plant garden. The location is central in the Meadowstone area, being 700m walk to the Lake and about 12 minutes walk to the town centre. The location is in a good area and close to the Wanaka Tennis Club courts. The house is warm and has a heat pump and underfloor for heating. There is off street parking for cars and a boat. The house is generally well equipped. There are two immediate neighbouring houses, and a good level of privacy.
