Prices are based on a 3 night minimum stay for off peak season. Please enquire for minimum stay for other times of the year; Special rates for weekly, monthly, warbirds or other holiday weekends

Description

Open plan house with 2 large double bedrooms downstairs and a large mezanine floor upstairs. The living area has a log burner (fire screen provided) which heats the whole house. Firewood is provided. Ranch sliders open out onto a flat, fenced on three sides, private and sunny section creating indoor/outdoor flow. The house is sheltered, and in a quiet street.

Only a couple of minutes walk to the lake and an enjoyable 20 walk along the waterfront to the town centre. The house is also close to walking and biking tracks.

There is a second house beside this one (ref" 12804) that is also available and has a similar layout only the main bedroom has a King Size bed. It also sleeps 8 so our houses can accommodate a total of 16.

The back parking area is shared by both houses and there is enough room to park an average size boat.

We prefer to let our house to couples,families and mature groups.

Cleaning of $65 is recommended but optional. We have professional cleaners in the house before guests arrive and expect the house to be left in the same condition.
