This two bedroom holiday house has been recently undergone a full renovation. It is modern, cosy and located very close to town ensuring it has everything to make your stay in Wanaka truly memorable.
With only a one minute walk to town and lake views from the lounge the location is unbeatable. The property is set back from the road ensuring quietness and privacy, the sunny courtyard at the back of the house is an ideal place for relaxing or entertaining.
There is also a large garage for the safe parking of your car, bikes and snow gear. For your additional convenience there is a drying room so that everything is ready for your next day on the snow.
The bedrooms have new split king beds which can be set up for you as either double or a twin rooms, linen provided. We have an extra single mattress which can be put in the main bedroom if you have an extra guest.
The lounge has a log burner so you will be snug in the winter and all firewood is provided. Wireless internet and a phone line are available to make this apartment feel like home away from home.
