Linen provided if required (optional). $20 linen for 2 people, $30 for 4 people and $40 for 6 people. If more than 6 people, please bring extra linen or sleeping bags. The cost for linen is for the whole stay, not per night.
Description
Fully furnished family bach with great Central Otago views including Lake Wanaka, Mount Iron and across to Wanaka township. Situated close to the fantastic Ripponlea vineyard, skifields and renowned drinking / eating establishment 'Edgewater Resort'. This home is two story with a great balcony for catching the sun and views. Upstairs: two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, lounge and outdoor table and chairs. Downstairs: one basic bedroom (one double and one set of bunks and cold in winter), one basic bathroom and a double garage.
Sleeps 5 upstairs. Can sleep up to 9, with the extra people in the downstairs bedroom described above. If more than 6 people, extra guests will need own linen.
This is a semi detached unit that is very private and quiet.
Only 2 minutes to lake edge and great swimming. 25 minute walk to Wanaka township. Firewood is supplied.
