Modern architecturally deigned house with spectacular views of the mountains and the Clutha river. House has been designed to take full advantage of sun, views and outdoor living. Albertown is only 5 minutes drive to Wanaka and is still a very quiet, peaceful area close to all the lake and mountain facilities. It is a 10 minute drive to Lake Hawea renowned for it's pristine water, boating and fishing. You can go trout fishing walking distance from the house and can follow the walking track through to the Lake Outlet
