Description
This property offers a magical location - a four minute walk to the lake edge and a ten-minute gentle stroll to the shops and cafes of Wanaka. The modern two-storey town house is spotlessly maintained, has four large double bedrooms and has been specifically geared to holiday makers. Mountain bikes, kayaks and a private outdoor BBQ area allow you to make the most of all the region has to offer.
There’s a large open fire and a drying room for ski gear.
The downstairs Master Bedroom has an ensuite with bath and shower and has private access to it’s own patio area. Three large upstairs bedrooms are served by a second bathroom. A third toilet is located downstairs.
Bedding configuration: 1 King in Master Bedroom, 1 Queen and 1 Single in Bdrm 2, 1 Queen and 2 singles in Bdrm 3, 1 bunk set and 2 king single beds in Brm 4. The two king singles can be joined to reconfigure for 4 couples .
