A warm, private, easy care holiday home in garden setting, bordering on Rippon Vineyard, ideally suited for families, within 10 minutes walking distance to the lake and 3 minutes drive to the town centre. Large sunny deck. Plenty of flat off-street parking and area for children to play. Inside the house a TV/ DVD, stereo/CD player, large fridge/freezer, microwave. Cosy woodburner and heat pump that heat up the whole house. Enjoy the use of a BBQ and a large quantity of outdoor furniture on a sunny, sheltered, private section, in a established part of town. 2 bikes, 3 canoes and a windsurfer available. This is an ideal home to relax in after a day at the lake or on the ski fields, or simply to enjoy the scenic beauty of this breathtaking part of New Zealand.
