A piece of paradise. Gentle Annie really is the perfect place to get off the beaten track & experience the real West Coast. Open 365 days a year, the beach houses on our one-thousand acre property are set in surroundings where Aotearoa is as it used to be—lush, unspoiled and natural. Bounded by the Tasman Sea, the mighty Mokihinui River and beautifully ancient native bush, our tranquil seaside accommodation is an excellent place to relax and enjoy time away from a hectic life or set up base and explore our natural surroundings.

Just imagine sitting out overlooking the Tasman, thousands of acres of native forest behind you, millions of miles of beautiful ocean in front. Gentle Annie is the place to get away—all our houses are nestled amongst native forest and set well apart from each other with expansive views of coastline and bush, so that it feels like you're the last person on earth.

Available are three secluded self-contained holiday houses and the Rata Lodge - three rooms each with three queens and three singles available by the room or by the whole lodge.
