Tariff

The tariff for The Heritage is NZ$3190.00 a week (7days) for two people [and excludes air-conditioning]
Air conditioning is an additional flat charge of NZ$120.00 per week
Extra days are NZ$455.00.
Late check-out is NZ$318.00 and early check-in is NZ$137.00
For extra people at the house, 12 years and over the tariff is NZ$30.00 per person per night
For children 5-11 years the tariff is NZ$10.00 per person per night.

Description

Your piece of paradise. Located where the sun sets on the western coast of Rarotonga. Three bedroom home with ensuites off the two main bedrooms including walk in wardrobes. Tremendous indoor/outdoor living, with sliding doors opening out from the main bedrooms and living area onto semi covered verandah, perfect for relaxing, alfresco dining and entertaining. Lie back on the loungers and take some time out from the pool. Walk the beach or visit one of Arorangi's art gallerys. The perfect place to unwind and recharge the batteries.
