Description
This stunning and magnificent family 3 bedroom home affords breathtaking views of the ocean and surrounding lower reaches of the valley.
It is quiet! It is private!
Consisting of three spacious bedrooms, the main bedroom on the upper level has an adjoining ensuite and sliding doors that open out onto the deck which surrounds the front of the property. The two remaining bedrooms situated on the lower level, together with rumpus room containing a TV and DVD allow a domain for the kids or a quiet place for those wishing to relax away from the main living area.
The main living area with polished wooden floors and comfortable settees. room. 'indoor/outdoor flow' is realised here with expansive sliding glass doors and windows that open out onto the deck containing outdoor dining furniture and BBQ. The kitchen off the main living room contains all the modern conveniences of home: microwave, electric oven, gas stove and dishwasher, coffee plunger and panini maker.
Full laundry facilities are provided on the ground floor level including dryer. All towels and linen are provided for your stay.

“what can you say about this house.We had a family wedding reception in this house .it was picture perfect.The guests were awed by the place.We self catered,bringing food from nz.kathy an tony were so helpful bringing us tables and flowers.its a home away from home,and very spacious it has every appliance we have at home . “This place is great. Feels luxurious while still feeling like a home away from home. The views are amazing from the huge decked area, the large bifold doors from the open plan lounges opening out on the deck and offering brezes throughout the house. Kathy’s place is down a long driveway/ road so is very quiet and private. The pool is awesome to cool you down when you can’t be bothered heading to the beach. Nice and close to the local shop which will easily meet your food shopping needs or just a leisurely 20-25min drive to the main town centre if that’s what you’re after. There were 8 of us in the house and we never felt like we were falling over each other. We also had a BBQ with 25-30 people and the ample room for everyone with room to spare. I would definitely recommend this place. We loved it so much we’ve booked again for next year!! “
