Description
Delana House guest villa is located one hour south of Nadi on the magnificent coral coast, 10 kms from the colourful market town of Sigatoka. It is central to great diving, snorkelling and surfing and the many resorts along the coast, as well as three golf courses and white sandy beaches within a few minutes. Delana House is fully self contained with two large en-suite bedrooms and a separate well equipped kitchen/living room which has two single bed - total occupancy is 6 people. There are multiple decks and verandas with quality outdoor furniture for dining, lounging and relaxing, all set in tropical gardens around the swimming pool. The elevation of Delana gives magnificent views of the sea and reef and the 'Fiji sunsets' are as stunning as promotional pictures you will see. The villa and whole property is very secure with a live-in Fijian caretaking couple residing on the property - the villa is fully serviced daily except Sunday. We have our own masseuse for massages. Delana is SAFE and children friendly for little ones - they have their own very large covered veranda's as their "playroom", fenced and gated from the pool.....they love it!

“Wow! What an awesome place for a holiday! This was definitely the perfect place for us to stay. Myself, husband and 3 children (13yrs, 2yrs and 9 months old) along with our friends (another couple) stayed at Delana House over Christmas in 2011. The caretaker couple, Nimi and Josie were amazing. They really made us feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Our children adored them and our 2 year old has asked for Nimi several times since we returned home (he was Nimi’s shadow for the duration of our stay).
For Christmas day, Nimi and Josie allowed us to help them in cooking a lovo for Christmas lunch. This was very much a group effort where we all had jobs including the children. This was a great experience for us all and one of the highlights of our holiday.
The house is located at the top of a very steep driveway (great exercise walking to the top) which gives stunning views of the ocean. It’s within walking distance (as long as the driveway isn’t an issue for you) of the Outrigger Resort which has several restaurants and bars, shops and an atm. There are also other options for dining out within walking distance, otherwise you can order in from ‘Shanas’ and have your meals delivered to the house.
Prior to our holiday, any questions I had regarding our stay were answered by Liz, the owner either by email or on the phone.
We can wholeheartedly recommend Delana House to anyone looking for a great holiday.

“BULA-My husband and I stayed at Delana house last year.Sorry about my late update!
We had a gorgeous time :-).
The weather was perfect and we had the best 2 people taking care of us.
Liz the owner was great to talk to as well.
The kava ceremony was cool and so was the singing.
Nothing was a problem.Very relaxing with lovely pool and excellent sea views.
You can cook yourself or there is the outrigger down the road and a few other restarants down by the beach.
Singatoka is about 15-20mins drive.
You can get everything at good prices.
Veges and fruit are really cheap at the outside markets.
You might want to take in your bags a few things like vegemite and the likes as those sorts of things tend to be abit pricie!
If you are a wine drinker I suggest you bring as much as you are aloud through customs. Very expensive!
Russ and I have been to Fiji every year for the last 5 years so hence we know our way around the main Island as well as quite afew resorts including the Yasawas and Mamanucas.
I will hopefully get some photos up of our stay in the next few days.
