Description

The house is beautifully situated on the northernmost point of Viti Levu, a 2 hour taxi ride from Nadi Airport. The luxury villa was built in 2007 and is nestled on absolute beachfront overlooking Nananu-I-Ra Island opposite. The house has a very large central area comprising of pitched open roof 5 metres high, with exposed wooden rafters, where the kitchen, living and dining room areas are found, all open plan within the same area. There are 3 bedrooms in the two wings of the house off the central area. The first wing houses the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, indoor relaxation area and own deck leading to the pool. The second wing houses 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and laundry/storage area. Both double bedrooms have their own outside deck area leading the to pool. There is several outdoor courtyard areas to the house, so plenty of space for outdoor living and the swimming pool is approximately 8 metres long with a child friendly paddling area. An awesome peaceful location to chill out and relax into the Fijian lifestyle.
