Description

Located in the cool foothills at Moamoa, just a short walk from Chanel College grounds, Talanoa Fales offers comfortable accommodation in lush tropical surroundings. The Fales are equipped with full kitchenettes, spacious living bedrooms and cool decks from which you can enjoy the natural surroundings.

The property features five fales (4 standard and 1 family) which are set apart, well spaced, on the spacious tropical grounds. The owners have put a lot of effort into planting the grounds, and there are a plethora of well-developed fruit and vegetable plants and trees. Mangos, pineapples, avocados and lychees are just a few of the fruits that you are able to pick right off the trees in the garden when they are in season. Each fale is well placed for privacy and has a deck that faces out into a shared garden area.\

The fales are more like open-plan living bungalows. They are well constructed and are lockable and spacious. They are fan cooled with a large living and bedroom area and separate kichenette with full cooking facilities. The ensuite bathrooms are clean and solid. The property is a 10 minute drive from the central Apia township area.
