2-4 pax NZD$120 per night
4-6 pax NZD$180 per night
Maximum 6 adults then any extra child 1-12 Yrs over the 6 adults is $15 per night. *CHECKOUT TIME 10am * $300 bond needs to be paid with full payment. This is refundable once your stay is completed and only if everything is in order after you have departed.
A transfer can be arranged at $100 return for 2-6 pax
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at time of confirmation and payment in full required 6 weeks before departure.
If you pay in full within 3 working days of booking a further 10% discount of tariff will apply.
A cancellation fee of 50% if within 6 weeks of departure.

Description
Come and stay in this fabulous 3 bedroom holiday home just 10minutes drive from Apia which is the Capital of Samoa with fine restaurants, local cuisine for a taste of the Pacific, bars, cafes and lovely coastal walks. Five minutes to Faleata Sports Complex/Golf course and Birdie Bar & Grill (Great for fresh fish).
This property is only 10 minutes drive from Palolo a Deep Marine Reserve which is great for Swimming and Snorkeling. We can arrange for pickup and drop off to and from airport for around $100NZD return depending upon rate of exchange. We can also help arrange trips to beaches and Savaii. Great Family Holiday home. This is ideal for families who want to stay together as a family when on holiday with room for the kids to play and a small Samoan Fale for those quiet naps in our relaxing tropical afternoons.

“Vailoa holiday home really made our holiday in Samoa relaxing. Lusia was fantastic with all of our queries back in NZ and Mark was a lovely host when we arrived to Samoa and he left us to it, yet was always helpful when we needed it, he even supplied us with a cellphone to use which really came in handy and was unexpected. The holiday home is wonderful with all of home’s comforts and the neighbours are lovely and friendly even the rosters. Getting to Apia was only a 10 minute drive from Vailoa and if needed the taxis are so accessable. It was always great to come back to the house after a long hot day of site-seeing around in Samoa. We’ll be recommending the holiday home to our friends and family and going back to this Vailoa holiday home soon. Thank you Lusia, Mark and Rosa for your wonderful Samoan hospitality. “
“Mark was awesome he really mad us feel at home even though we were on Holiday. He was very helpfull and nothing was too much to ask. We would reccomend the house to anyone it has all the comforts of home. The location of the house is great not to far from town and easy to find. “As a family with three young children, we found the Vailoa house to be a much better alternative to staying in a hotel or a resort. The house was very clean and spacious, with fans in every room for cooling. The washing machine and full kitchen made it convenient and affordable to do laundry and prepare meals with local food sourced from the market or shops. The location was good as it was close enough to the action in Apia but removed from the bustle. Our local contact in Samoa, Mark, was very helpful and knowledgeable and we appreciated his assistance in renting a car and the use of a mobile phone. We would definitely recommend this house to others looking for cost-effective, clean and private accommodation. Our holiday was everything we hoped a Pacific break to be: laidback, technology-free and full of wonderful sights, sounds and tastes. Thanks so much. We hope to be back in beautiful Samoa soon!
