We rent holiday homes / houses, not rooms. Effective January 2012, our rates in Tongan $ follows: The three bedroom houses will each be 150 per night for 1-3 adults and 50 for each additional adult per night. Parents with up to three children can have a house for 150 per night. The double storey house will be 200 per night for 1-4 adults and 50 per adult per night for for each additional adult per night. Parents with up to 5 children can have the house for 200 per night.
Rates for bigger groups and longer stays can be negotiated We also have package for a house plus a 6 seater Toyota Hi-ace van for visiting families and groups and a car for single travellers and couples.
Peak Season Rates (Nov - Jan) T$150 per 3 bedroom house for 1-3 adults / T$200 per 4 bedroom house for 1 - 4 adults T$50 per adult for 4 and more adults in the 3 bedroom houses and T$50 per adult for 5 and more adults in the 4 bedroom house.
A deposit of 20% is to be made to our ANZ account in NZ or Tonga in order to confirm bookings and hold a house.

Safely situated inland that it cannot be reached by the strongest tsunami. Located at 2 ends of the same village, with one approx. five minutes to the centre of Nuku'alofa and a stone throw away from the lagoon, Vaiola Hospital, the Tonga National Cultural Centre, the museum and the flea market. Fully furnished houses for visiting families and groups. A total of 4 holiday homes with the smallest house offering 91.4 square meters of floor area plus an additional 10 square meters of deck space. When you only pay T$150 per night to be with your loved ones in your own quality private house, that is surely a royal Tongan treat that will keep your budget on the Green. 13 spacious rooms with beds for a total of 20 adults. Screened, hot water, fans, TV, refrigerator and cooking facilities. Internet connection is available and activated and used at users costs.

“Your house was a great place to stay and we will certainly recommend it to any other of our staff that will be attending Tonga in the next year or so. Tino was very helpful and quite a nice landlord. The dog was friendly but not really a good guard dog but I don’t blame him for running off!
