Description
'Sanddollar' is located outside of Port Vila, Vanuatu. Take a 30 minute journey from the township and you will arrive at the 3.5 acre property. Our spacious property has two swimming pools for your exclusive use; one beside the sea and a small pool at the rear of the sea view fare under the shade of the trees. We look westward, over open ocean, into the setting sun from a 80 meter shore line. Our property is self contained with a large 'fare' offering a lounge area and dining/kitchen. This area overlooks the swimming pool then on out to sea, where, if your lucky, you can see the dolphins as they swim by. Each sleeping 'fare' is very spacious containing a king bed with two super singles, an en-suite shower and utility area; you can enjoy sitting out on the covered deck space looking out to sea or over the lush tropical gardens. The coral reef is just off the front of the property where you can safely snorkel and swim in the cool clear water. Kayaks are available for your use as you wish.

Our very spacious bathroom facilities are set a joining each bedroom. The shower area is lined with stone with the water heated by gas. Our bathrooms each have a shelving area for you to store you luggage. You will enjoy the breeze in the bathrooms afforded by the open walls. These are positioned for privacy while giving the feeling of bathing outside. Each bathroom has beautifully crafted mirrors over our modern had basin and tiled bench space.

Supplied; We provide all linen requirements, sheets, towels and with mosquito netting above each bed.

Comments:
Each bedroom is set in an individual 'Fare' with an a-joining en-suite bathroom and utility area. Each bedroom is very spacious, tastefully decorated with a king sized bed made locally from island timber. The rooms are serviced by a local lady, she makes the bed up using top quality linen. In addition to the king bed each room has two super single beds; used as sofa's by day. A set of purpose built drawers and clothes hanging facility is in each room. One room looks out to see while the other overlooks lush gardens.

“Sanddollar is up there on my holiday destination list. If you want a rest, fabulous snorkling, sun, heat, and a cultural experience this is the place to come. Only three hours from Auckland – you don’t need to go any further. Simon and his family were nothing but gracious and helpful – the children are delightful and always keen to play soccer. We intended to travel around the island a bit – but loved it sooo much at Sanddollar we spent most of our time there. I am definately keen to go back!”

“Yes it is as gorgeous as it looks on the net (if not better)! 9 of us booked in for a week (6 kids 13 – 18 and 3 adults) of pure relaxation. The staff were so beautifully warm and welcoming, the property just absolutely gorgeous and the pool and snorkelling right of our own beach made for a magical time away enjoyed by all. As you can tell I cannot recomend this property highly enough! Thanks also to Anne for all the extra tips about rental cars and scuba diving that made organising a holiday for 9 people so easy and fun.”
