The Boat House – a dreamy retreat on a private tropical beach in Vanuatu – is a short circuit escape route from the hurly burly of life.
Located just 15 minutes drive from Vanuatu’s international airport near Port Villa, The Boat House is a rustic French country-style dwelling ideal for a romantic couple , not suitable for children under 12.
Comprising two beautiful bedrooms, an airy open-plan living area, a fully- equipped kitchen and a spacious patio leading down to the beach, The Boat House sits in seclusion at the far end of a secured gated community on the southern side of Port Villa Harbour.
Amenities at the house include a small library, gas barbecue, an iPod dock, and TV.(Only for DVD) Full housekeeping services are available. Excellent fresh food markets and shops are located ten minutes drive away in Port Villa. Local taxis are easy to use and inexpensive.
Snorkelling off the beach beyond ,The Boat House is deemed to be the best in Port Villa. Kayaks are available to explore nearby Paradise Cove.

The House is on the southern side of Port Vila and is in a secure gated community just 5 minutes Drive from the heart of Port Vila.The property which sits on an 3000m garden with own private beach. The beach has excellent snorkeling opportunities and 2 Kayaks are available. Sip your cocktail and watch the beautiful sunsets from your terrace. This is a truly stunning spot ! |

“What an amazing place! The decor is unique and delightful! The bedding cool cotton and we enjoyed Nikkis designer cotton robes. We loved the enormous bean bags on the beach and from here we relaxed with a drink and watched gorgeous sunsets and boats of all varieties from multi million dollar yachts to outrigger canoes.! We saw dolphins and were fortunate enough to see a dugong. The beach was very private- a piece of paradise! We loved the barbeques – very romantic with the gorgeous candles on the huge outside marble table. We hired a car and ate at a variety of restaurants. You do need to hire a car and we got a very good deal from Franko (details in the info package sent when booking) A fantastic place to stay-highly recommended by us!! “

“We had an absolutely amazing time at your stunning beach house. On arrival the house was full of beautiful tropical flowers and the most gorgeous vistas from the large covered terrace. We loved that we could get incredible snorkelling right from your beach and then relax on huge bean bags on the deck and admire the lovely scenery. Your place is truly amazing and we feel so lucky to have experieced it! Can`t wait to come back!”
