  • The right to determine the final design layout of the HolidayHomes.co.nz Web sites.
  • The right to edit copy or amend the layouts or photographs supplied, should we consider it necessary.
  • The right, at its discretion, to amend and edit copy entered into the Baches & Holiday Homes to Rent Ltd online database by advertisers.
  • Baches & Holiday Homes to Rent Ltd cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the design or positioning of the properties or changes made to the photographs and copy submitted by the holiday home owner.

Accuracy

Baches & Holiday Homes to Rent Ltd cannot accept any legal responsibility for the accuracy of the advertisements, or any alleged breaches of contract on an advertiser's part

Photograph and listing image materials

Baches & Holiday Homes to Rent Ltd will make every effort to safeguard all materials supplied, and return them if required, but cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage, however caused, and for any loss or damage sustained.

Every effort will be made to reproduce faithfully all advertisements submitted, but Baches & Holiday Homes to Rent Ltd cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage or otherwise resulting from errors or omission.

Advertisers

The Advertiser is the holiday home owner, or agent representing the holiday home owner.

Disclaimer

The description and details provided in HolidayHomes.co.nz book and Web site in relation to each property are based entirely upon the information supplied by the advertisers. "Baches and Holiday Homes to Rent Ltd." has not inspected these properties to ensure the information is accurate and up-to-date and does not take any responsibility to property renters who should make their own inquiry in this regard.

Baches & Holiday Homes to Rent is not a booking agency and takes no part in reservations for the properties listed on the HolidayHomes.co.nz Web site.

Baches & Holiday Homes to Rent takes no responsibility for damage caused to property by tenants, or for payment disputes between property owners and tenants or fraudulent booking enquiries.

Copyright

It is the advertisers responsibility to obtain reproduction permission for all photographic and other material used in their advertisements. The advertiser warrants that he is the owner of the copyright in such material or is authorised by the owner thereof to grant to Baches & Holiday Homes to Rent Ltd the rights therein contained. The advertiser indemnifies Baches & Holiday Homes to Rent Ltd against any action brought for breach of copyright from the use of such material supplied by the advertiser.

Baches & Holiday Homes to Rent Ltd cannot be held responsible for any infringement of copyright laws resulting from material supplied by the advertisers.

Hypertext links

Baches & Holiday Homes to Rent Ltd reserves the right to refuse hypertext links to, or addresses of, other Web sites from advertisers pages, and to remove links or web addresses without notice at our sole discretion.

Termination of advertising

If advertisers wish to have their advertisement removed from the HolidayHomes.co.nz Web site before the end of their subscription period, this will be done at our discretion and a refund may be supplied according to the length of time on the HolidayHomes.co.nz Web site and administration costs incurred. Normally no refund will be applicable after 6 months.

Baches & Holiday Homes to Rent reserves the right to refuse any advertisement for HolidayHomes.co.nz Web site, and will not be liable for any expense in so doing.

If an advertiser attempts to enter unsuitable material into the HolidayHomes.co.nz on-line database, or persistently misuses the on-line systems, Baches & Holiday Homes to Rent reserves the right to remove the property from the HolidayHomes.co.nz Web site.

Property Complaints

If Baches & Holiday Homes to Rent Ltd receives substantiated complaints from a person who has rented an advertisers property, or engages in any unacceptable practices then Baches & Holiday Homes to Rent Ltd reserves the right to remove the property from the HolidayHomes.co.nz Web site without notice.

Email Newsletters

Registered users of the HolidayHomes.co.nz Web site will receive our email newsletter unless they have indicated otherwise while registering their details. A link is provided on the front page of the Web Site where users of the site can signup to receive the newsletter. This link also provides the option for a user to unsubscribe from the newsletter if they no longer wish to receive it. An unsubscribe link is also provided on the newsletter sent out to each subscriber.

Competitions & Giveaways

By entering a Giveaway or Competition on the HolidayHomes.co.nz Web site or via our newsletter, you are agreeing to future contact directly from the supplier of the giveaway or prize.
